About Liz
I am an ordinary woman with a desire to be conscious every moment of the presence of the divine. In Yoga I have found an excellent tool towards developing this awareness. Yoga is a great teacher…as our bodies change, our desires change and we learn to use breathing, mindfulness and asana (postures) to detach and to connect and to be be aware every moment of who we truly are. Through the practice we consciously set our agendas aside, take heed and respect our physical limitations, challenge yet deeply surrender to the unknown, be aware yet not be attached to our limitations and to our experience and -find true freedom.
